Then I start playing with the filter. The cutoff seems okay, but the resonance is just not there. You can hear it subtly, but I remember it being really wet and squeaky. I thought about making the pot bigger, thereby forcing more signal through the twin-T filter. It just acts as a bypass doesn't it? Confused

Next comes the Accent control.
Only one of the 3way diode jumpers goes to the 43K input on the gate controller. The other 3 gates come through the 100K accent pot, which can also act as a limiter on those events.

Now it's time to start changing the clock frequencies of both the main clock (BPM) and the speed of the events, per 1/4 measure. Does that make sense?
Okay, I know this one's a monster, but to me this is where it really starts to shine. Cool

And then we can play with the jumpers!
By connecting one of the event sequencer's reset to ground, it never resets, so it starts to sound like an out of time member of the band, and yet it stays true to the overall tempo. Of course sometimes it lands on a jumpered output, and the note hangs until the main sequencer comes round again.

Last (I think Very Happy ) is the tuning of the as yet one of four oscillators on two gated 40106s.
If you've made it this far, I think you get the idea! Embarassed Very Happy
