I just finished listening to your samples here--very nice. Curious to know hat gear/software you used.

Combination of real analog, VA and softsynths.

We spent a long time just perfecting the sounds before recording a note.

Also we limited ourselves to a very narrow palette, despite the temptation to throw in newer tech.

Took over 6 months from start to finish.

I saw TD on their Exit/White Eagle tour, and was also at the Dominion London gig. Tangram Part 2 is the best side imo. The last LP to use the old mellotron choir sound? I love Remote Viewing and Hyperborea too (the track, not the LP). The whole of the White Eagle LP is pretty stunning too.

It's strange, because personally I think there is better stuff out there besides TD (Harmonia for example were very very underrated- but they I suppose were from the 1970's so that doesn't count?). I just reach for TD when I'm feeling nostalgic for the sound of 80's PPG synthesisers. Smile Shame they are so pants now.
