Hello to all members of electro-music.com.
My name is Chris, located in Amsterdam and DIY electronics for about
a year now.
Making music is not new to me, making my own sound modules Yeaah! that's new to me.
I did have some electronics on school so i understand schematics and know the basics.
A few sound generators and modules I already made now, and
electro-music.com forum is a nice tool to use !
Now I think it's the time, to share and to show how I do things to create and to accomplish my "modular synth".
Thank you all for sharing !

Kind regards,
Chris

Project One, The Case !!

It started with hours of searching the web for info.
Ordered the components i needed and a breadboard for testing.
After a few weeks I had tested some circuits and started to solder.
From aluminium I made eurorack front plates (80 pieces)
and a case for housing the modules.
The end result was not what i had in mind, a good learning process that was what it is.
I didn't recorded sound clips and the case isn't the case anymore.
Some pictures is what I can show.

The Case is a new project now that i'm working on.

Chris.

Wow, looks great!
Is this your first "do it yourself" project?

I'd be interested in hearing how it all sounds!

Yes, that was my first project.
It's not there any more, I desolder everything.
The case is a new project I work on.
Test 'O' Case
Breadboard unit with a few modules for easy testing.

Grt,
Chris.
