Hello,
Is that such a shock for you?? Smile The ivy-bridge from intel was a sand-bridge, only with a better graphic card and smaller. The architecture, didn't diferent a lot. Otherwise they wouldn't be compatible.
It's a problem when intel started go cheap on the coolingsite(smaller die-size, with cheap thermalpaste with same speed as sandy-bridge=harder to cool). Personally i don't see the you of making everything thinnen ,flatter,
mainly for the looks. Offcourse you can produce 22nm chips much cheaper dan 32 nm and also with the graphiccards everything gets smaller. But the ipad itself may be a little thicker:more capacity for batteries, cause there still ain't a good replacement for todays batteries, which are pretty old(i have a master degree micro-electronics, so i know what's in 'stock'for the future, cause i'm working at the university) and the problem is polution and people
wanna have their acu full in an hour, which is verryyyy bad .And using cheap chargers is even worse... With apple ,it's the same like pioneer dj-stuff. Everybody things it's the best , only pioneer ain't giving me a chart of their main components....only the brand. Denon is 40% cheaper and just better and give the brand and number. Persanally ihate both apple and pioneer, mainly cause it becomes a show product instead of something which make people create things. 50% of iphone 5 user in the netherlands uses the phone for surfing and mailing....... o yeah and sometimes they make a call....
But the ipad 4 is more efficiƫnt then number 3. Only young people don't matter that, and prof. users, just buy extra acu's. And for music making, you will need an ipad, not an android based pad.

Greetings, ruchdutch.

I'm afraid I don't understand your post. Also, it is several months late.

In any case, I'm planning to get a 3rd-gen iPad, regardless of the point you were trying to make.
