So i came up with this synth and it works fine but I figured since I had enough pins in the 40106 ic I was using-why not double it up?
So I did and used Beavis Audio's Heterodyne mixer section to combine the output into one..but im getting this high-pitch whine/hum noise from the second synth (only). I have no idea why.

Basically I BARELY know what im doing, im using basic ideas from a bunch of differernt sources and little sections of circuit that ive figured out (like the potentiometers in series for the width) myself, etc to do this one and I REALLY want it to work right-but I just dont have any idea why it would be doing this. No sound I could understand, or some other bugs-but a high-pitch noise on just one side? I dont get it

Should I change the capacitor at output maybe (10uf)? the beavis one didnt have it but I used it in the original synth so was afraid to delete it.

Ive drawn the circuit on a piece of paper (its kinda shite drawing btw)-I just drew out the one side and the heterodyning section from the diode onwards on the other side and left out the other side otehrwise as its simply a duplicate in reverse.

ANY help is appreciated.
