Download it.

unzip the dmg

open the dmg

read the RELEASE.TXT which says:
" For OSX Java MIDI Support, please copy libosxmidispi.jnilib and
osxmidispi.jar to the /Library/Java/Extensions .
"
do that

copy the Nomad.app to Applications

run the Nomad.app

discover it doesn't work anymore (well I don't know anyone that has got it working)

consult any of the other threads that talk about hosting the Clavia editor in a VirtualBox or put Windows on Bootcamp and run the Clavia editor from there.

Most reliable way I've found is to get a bargain old laptop (WinXP, Mac OS9 or OSX - non-intel) and strap a MIDI interface to it as a dedicated editor screen for the Mod's.

I had an old Vaio lying about with XP and a USB-to-MIDI lead, ran the official editor just fine.
I bought my G1 rack and it came with an old PowerBook Mac and dedicated serial MIDI interface which I now use strictly for Nord editor.

Depending on how brave you're feeling, you might try installing WINE on Mac to run the official or Nomad editor.

From the bit I do know about Mac's - you might want to try running check permissions via the Disk Manager thing in /Applications/Extras/ to verify the permissions of the Extension you copied.
If this doesn't fix it, you might want to Google how to set the correct permissions for adding to Extensions folder (I think owner and permissions might need changing maybe so look for commands such as 'chmod' and 'chown'). There's also an app called Onyx which can automate a lot of this though I urge you to read its help etc as it can undo a lot of good things too and can leave some apps non-functional if you blindly tick boxes (I speak from experience).

Oh god, three different forums I've ranted on in a short-space of time tonight. Time to fire up the Xbox I think...
