I ran out of copper clad board ! so had a go at laying out the adjustable power supply on stripboard, its untested and unverified so not advised to use..

you need to move the bridge just above the 'adj' pin of Q2 up one trace
D2 should go between 'out' and 'adj' (Q2)
C9 should be connected between 'adj' and GND
and -V out should be taken one trace higher.

the rest looks fine I think Cool

o and you might have to cool those regulators depending on the current you'll be needing (and the input voltage).

thanks for the eyes PHOBoS, do not know how I left those mistakes in Shocked
I might populate this tommorow..if the copper clad board i ordered today doesn't turn up!
