A short video showing how a Sonuus i2M musicport tracks the audio signal coming from a Moog Theremini converting it to MIDI signals.

Read blog for details.

Interesting test. It seems like there is a little latency between the audio to midi, but I am not really sure. I am now wondering if it could be used for vocal inflection. I will have to look it up.
Steve

Just looked it up. The specs say:

* Optimized settings for guitar, 4-string bass, 5-string bass, and voice/wind
* Robust note detection - minimises wrong notes
* Very low latency and ultra-fast tracking
* Ultra-fast, accurate MIDI pitch-bend or chromatic mode

Looks interesting!!!
