Howdy folks. I am receiving a very excellent condition A6 tomorrow in the mail and I was hoping you could give me some advice on particular things to look for to test its functionality. Of course turning every knob and listening to the synth is pretty obvious, but I'm hoping for suggestions of not-so-obvious things to look for. Any and all advice is appreciated!

Also, silly question, is it recommended to leave the device on when not using it? Or power it off each time I leave my studio? I'm hoping to extend the life of this synth as long as I can and figured that might make a difference.

read the manual twice and the tips and tricks manual at least once( in first topic of this site )
how does he power on , no problems?
autotune him after 5 minutes and switch voxmonitor on . try every voice at least once for every octave to see how the tuning is.
also try the filters , b.e. with resonance turned up and keyboardtracking. no broken voices?
stereo li/right equally hard?

i switch her off , only on when having a session.

congratualtion.
how are your first experiences?
