Subject description: LED display problem
Reply with quote  Mark this post and the followings unread

If I turn the first rotary knob in a row, there is LED activity around one or more of the controllers at the other end of the row. After several tweaks/turns this results in several LEDs around the right hand controllers remaining lit, which makes for a lot of confusion in when trying interpret the state of each controller function.

Any ideas why/how this is happening?

This problem occurs even in the USB & MIDI connectors are disconnected.

Mick

Welcome aboard.

Sorry to not really have any ideas but general ones .. dusty rotary .. or maybe a cable connector being a bit loose?

Thanks Jan. I'll check it out.

I've read that the BCR2000 is notoriously difficult to open top without damaging it. Does anyone have any advice on precautions to be taken?
