Dual Gated Slew - error in PCB layout

This is a mistake, or I just don't understand something:

I'm just about to start building my dual slew and I noticed something on the PCB layout. R2 is completely shorted by PCB traces.

Attached is a close-up of the area I'm concerned about.

Is that a mistake? Or what am I missing?

That 10r resistor doesn't do anything. It should be in series with the supply rail.

It is a mistake without consequence just cut the small track.

I'll correct this on the site ASAP
