"All controllers request" at perf/patch/variation

G2 Engine/Behringer BCx users know the score:
As soon as you change perf/patch/variation, the knob positions aren't in alignment anymore with the real CC# values. And the only way to update them is by sending an "all controllers request" sysex string to the G2. Which is tedious because a)you have to define this sysex string and b)you then always have to hit the assigned button to get the new values after changing perf/patch/variation.

I suggest a simple thing: Just add an entry to the "System" settings called "Send all CC#s on perf/patch/var change" (or an acronym thereof), with the ability to turn on or off.

Most modern equipment which is designed to be used with an external MIDI controller (eg. plugins) has this feature built in, and the G2 Engine clearly falls into this category too, IMO.

It's a simple thing, but very important.

.. but can't this be accomplished through patching, by wiring the Status module to all the Send jacks on the CC Send modules?
