Subject description: and found some use for a H11F1

I used part of the Electro-Music Karplus Strong schematics for the input circuit of the MN3207 but I may have to change that.
The new part (so I think) is the use of a H11F1 opto-FET to change the oscilator frequency of the MN3102 clock data generator.
The LM324 (I need a better R2R opamp for this) is a voltage to current converter, where R1 sets the current thru the LED in the H11F1 at a given voltage.
I need to determent which resistor to use for R15 (TBD = To Be Determent)

I measured the pulse-repetition time of the clock coming from the MN3102 with R15 is 120k and its this:
0 volt - 90 uS
.5 volt - 40 uS
1 volt - 20 uS
1.5 volt - 13 uS
2 volt - 9 uS
2.5 volt - 7 uS
3 volt - 5.5 uS

The max frequency for the MN3207 is ~200kHz (5 uSec) so I need to alter R15 to set the range to 0 - 5 volt (or 10 volt...)
