I bet the list of manufacturers unrepresented in Fat Bastard is pretty short.

Ha ha, Its not finished yet - need to save a bit of money tho so who knows when it will be finished.

RS8500 ! - love the A-Sys gear. Nobody has nicer cabinets compared to the utter glory of the cabinetary work and wood of thoes cabs. I have an 8500 with two upper teirs in my work studio. Great gear !

it is indeed lovely gear. the cabinet even smells good and feels gorgeous. these are the generally unmentioned aspects of real synthesis.

your no holds barred commitment to the modular ideal is an inspiration to us all.

keep those pics coming.

(and some sounds in a while.) Cool

Ha ha ! - Yes indeed I'm glad you asked that question as the top rows of 'Fat Bastard' are over 8 feet high so I've got some Vintage Library Steps that unfold and tuck away. Its still a bit wobbly tho with my weight ! ha ha

I'm serious! If you put a side the Putin and agent etc blabbering accidents
where entire walls get on the loose because of stress due to excessive
weight and heat are not uncommon, they occur when you least expect it to.

so have you been making up a representative system? I'll admit it, I have, and no I don't have the money for it. Not yet anyway. Crap. I'm still waiting for Ken Macbeth to get me my M5N. Maybe it'll come before Christmas.

Does he have along waiting list? Are the build times long for the M5N?

I think he built about 20 this batch. He had some trouble finding parts. I think the reverb tanks were the big holdup. As it turns out, I got a note from him last week, it's supposed to ship tomorrow! So I might even see it this week.

Original lead time was supposed to be 3 months. It's been more like 8.
