Out of the dozen or so of his books that I read last year, Valis was the most intense. Makes me want to be a Gnostic scholar (some thing my Dad is into) but don't have the time.

Biink.com still acting funny. Don't know what's up with that. Twisted Evil

I takes the gnostic thing way further in The Transmigration Of Timohy Archer.. but I guess you have read that one too?

Perhaps we should set up a Dick lounge here? So many of us guys are Dick fans.

( look ma.. no censoring! )

It might be nice to have somwhere to discuss influences other than music,
Btw have you read radio free albemuth, its another in the valis series of books, probably the best (also is last I think) I can see comparisions between the USA he describes and the modern one the world is facing today.

Im up loading my dick inspired tracks now so expect a post soonish. Also Joyce fans will know where Im coming from with "queer old josser"

I am going to remove some of the files in this thread pretty soon. Some of these will be accessible later on. Some will be gone for good because i am planning some CDs using some of the same material.

I have just removed the links to the music files. I guess this proved to be a pretty long XMAS. Anyways, I am looking into properly registering the materiall with some RMA and there might be some fortcoming CD releases "soon".

Well I like Scanner Darkly and Blinded by Memory
Perhaps it's something to do with the sounds as
I'm also a fan of wavetable and related synths
I love my Microwave Xt, Prophet VS and Wavestation

Smile

Shame I missed the others. Oh well, I might have to get the CD Wink
