I have been writing some solo music using samples from my guitar, drum machine, and other sources. unfortunately, I cannot decide what the cheapest option is to obtain the hardware to perform (nothing illegal Wink ).

I looked at hardware such as the M Audio Trigger Finger, which cost over £100 ($200+), so now I would like to know if there is another more cost effective way to play these samples live using some sort of pad or trigger.

I will be able to perform with a laptop, too, if that opens more doors.

Thankyou for your time

(P.S. Hello, this is my first post, look forward to some good times here Smile )

welcome to electro-music.com. Great to have you here.

I'm sure you'll get some good suggestions. I personally don't care for samples so I don't do too much with them, but when I do, I use expense equipment. Sad
