I'm very proud to announce we are running on our new server.

Total downtime was 1:15. Not too bad!

This is a big step for electro-music.com. Hopefully, with more server capacity and snappier performance, we will continue to grow and attract more members.

I was amazed on the old server after I turned off all of the web services. I expected it to be fast in response to the shell, but it was still slow. I still have lot's o work to do, making sure I get this server backed up automatically and I need to get the NM email list migrated over too.

I updated the comment. I didn't make that music. Just something I downloaded years ago. Someone can Google it to find where it comes from. If I remember, it's a very very cool site.

Carlo, did that work on the old server? I changed nothing of the links code. I think it is possible that that has been hosed for quite a long time, like since the last upgrade of the links code over a year ago. It looks like a redundant function, Top 50 Rated and Top 50 Hits - what's the difference?
