Well, while I'm here I guess I can post a track to introduce myself a bit better: Deep Space

It's a bit long, granted, but Deep Space seems to be one of my listeners favourite (and I like it too), so there you go. The tune is pretty old allready, I believe I did it in 91 or 92, then owning only an Atari, a Roland MT32, a small Yamaha PSS 790 Keyboard and one SE50 effects processor.

So, with these limited devices I clearly had to concentrate on the tune itself instead of effects. Let me see what you think. Smile

Very nice piece. I don't get the feeling of deep space, though. This doesn't mean I don't like it.

I like the organ episode a lot.

I appreciate the structure. It's a long piece with quite a few sections. The recapitulation at the end is nice. Too many electronic pieces go from here to there with very little sense of structure.

Thanks. Funny enough I didn't think too much about how the structure was supposed to work, I simply did it. The reprises of the intro-theme just felt kinda right.

This one is very nice.. I think I can recognize the starting theme, so I reckon I have heard this song of yours before. You actually used the MT32 for most of these sounds? The MT is a small beige-ish box..? I think I have that one somewhere.

The music flows great! You should be hired by TD for ghostwriting their next 15 CDs.

When I think of it you should have been hired to BE TD since like 1980 or something. Very Happy

Much kinder to the fans.. and we love kindness.

Heheheh... You haven't met me when I'm in a bad mood... Smile

And besides: To become TD I've got a wayyy too low output in music: Last years I did only 2 tracks at all... And the year before nothing. Actually I hope that, with the new equippment in my studio now I'll sooner or later start to work again... Smile
