Subject description: Anyone help me identify this part and maybe a Mouser #?

Could anyone tell me what the 4-lead diode SR3 is in this diagram:

Searched on Mouser and nothing came up that seemed to be clearly it to me.

That's the Vactrol for the resonance control.
