As usual I see nothing...
Why is it in some countries the Modular is called Nord Lead?
And mostly Clavia is called Nord?

Excelent patches&playing! To be honest; this is some of the best modular keyboard usage I've ever seen, quite impressive.
Wout; you probably need to install the flash 9 plugin, or whatever is the latest version on Windows. _________________ Kassen |

Thanks Xav - genius - wonderful to see the G2 in such a musical context. Can't wait to get home and try your xavinet patch, and please tell us how the looping works! _________________ http://www.musicthing.co.uk/ |

damn, i wish your voice was louder in this video in comparison to the G2 sound level and all the background noise in the room
My french is really rusty to begin with, let alone having to struggle with volume levels
The loop recording is pretty nice.. i'll have to check that out later |

So the loop recording came to life through the patch that cebec mentioned patched by tim?

Sorry to answer so late... I cannot connect everyday.
Thank you all, for your kind comments, and for your interest.
The looper was done on the basis of Afro88 work “dance_looper”. This excellent patch was a prefiguration of what ableton called a beat repeater. I like this because one can decide to loop just after having played. It’s more of a delay with infinite feedback.
But more recently the fantastic Tim Kleinert patches could help us to go further.
I'll try to post something soon.

Thank you xav, very nive video !
I didn't know that Sanseverino integrated electronics instruments in its music. At the begginind, he used to play with acoustic instruments (guitars, double bass) in Jazz manouche style, didn't he ?
(Merci xav, une bien belle démonstration ! Content de trouver un utilisateur français. C'est cool que Sanseverino ait intégré une partie electro dans son groupe, lui qui était plus orienté jazz manouche au départ ) |
