New Bergfotron VC Analog Delay |

Not sure how new this one is, but I just noticed it:
Bergfotron VC Delay
VC Analog Delay, PCB for Press n' Peel; uses MN3207, BL3207, or BL3208 BBDs. Small Bear has these ICs for $4.25 |

Hey! Hold it!
Don't etch it!
try to look for the schematics first.
That's it...
NO SCHEMATICS!
How am i supposed to... well anyway...
It's not new, at least half a year old, i was waiting maybe he uploads the schemo, but no.

| Why bother, I can't see any advantage over the ADA Flanger. |

| This looks awesome!! I've been wanting a DIY VC Analog Delay for a long time. Even though there aren't complete schematics, it looks like all the info you'd need to assemble this boards is there. |

Does the ADA Flanger work as an echo/delay? |

| Good find, I might have to give this a go (after I've completed the mountain of other SDIY projects I have sitting in my kitchen). |

| Any ideas on those resistor values? I can see the color bars on the full ones fine, but some of the small (vertically mounted?) ones I'm not sure of. |

He says the circuit is based on the schematic from the datasheet.
The datasheet here lists specific values.
Maybe a good starting point. |

why not just ask him for the schematic and parts list?
Its worth a shot |

He won't provide a BOM. He's very friendly and will most likely help clarify parts (he was very patient and answered a million of my questions actually) but I have a project of his in my queue and don't really trust my accurate interpretation of the resistor color codes but he would not verify an entire BOM for me. |

Good question, I was thinking purely from the flanging angle. I did sketch out a mod board once for substituting the SAD 4096, but with no companding in the ADA it was really a non starter. |
