hello,
I'm building the first version pcb designed by Fonik (no lfo).
At this time it doesn't work correctly.
. small problem : less sound when the mix pot is full wet (it may be a resistor value problem, but other problem :I have the same sound wet or dry...)

it doesn't change anything when I turn each of the 3 resonators pots (with a signal cv, square, sine or any other type).

I have to adjust the 3 trimmers, but what is the voltage required at the output of each trimmers. is this a critical parameter?

I'm triyng to understand how works the circuitry :
CV input---->bc550+bc560--->vactrol vtl5c3/2
it could help be in debugging the board.

thank you by advance

Hello Fonik,
yes it's a single side pcb with a brigde to add between R24 & R27.
I've joined the schematic.
I'd like to understand how works the vactrols in order to measure at there outputs (voltage, current?) because it seems that when the signal is wet, it's the same that the original just at a smaller level...

I have an oscilloscope and a multimeter....should be usefull, but I don't wich points I had to look at.

All Ic's voltages (+15/-15) are ok.

Thank you

hello,
finally it works...
I've found 2 mistakes R9,R10 in parts list 270K and 10K in the schematic. the right value is 10K ( I've looked at the V4 resonator with lfo schematic)
I have added a wire between the cathodes of the second and third vactrols and 0V...

and it works Cool
just a question : how can I adjust the 3 trimmers ?

Thank you
Fabien

glad you solved the problem yourself.

from what you are saying i understand that the BOM is wrong AND that there are traces missing on the layout (cathodes to GND)? sorry for that. i wonder how i did built mine back then? Laughing
anyways, sorry for the inconvenience. i am glad you got it working now.

BTW i set the trimmers on my units so that the LEDs are off with no CV applied and with potentiometer fully CCW.
