hi !

i recently added a motu 828 mkIII to my setup and because i decided to primary rely on ad-converters (due to limitations of workspace) instead of a hardware mixer for recording/mixing.
because 8 channels of analog inputs are not enough for my current and future setup i'm searching for a total of 16 channels of analog inputs to adat-out (the mkIII can handle up to 16 additional channels at 48kHz via 2 ADAT inputs) right now. my favorite solution would consist of 2 ad-interfaces á 8 analog inputs. i also thought about getting 1 8ch. preamp with combined xlr/ mono jack inputs and 1 jack-only unit.

are there any ad-converters/preamps out there that fit my needs and price-wise go between 100-400 € ?

thanks !
