Besides the mentioned urinary issue of the book, there are a number of errors as well. I have a list of them that I downloaded a few years back but can't find the link now.

It might be worth buying the corrected version :

Might I suggest that you take the link to this scan down please.

Barry is selling this book still, as Dan has shown in his link, so by downloading a copy from this link you are effectively taking money out of Barry's pocket.

Do like I did and buy a copy from Barry if you are interested.

They didn't work for me either. The internet points to many copies of the 1982 book for sale (from $57 to $447), but as used books, I don't think the author sees any of that. My internet search did not turn up a place to order the new, corrected, self-published version.
