Subject description: grainy noise

I just build another Noise Cornucopia rev-0 board. Everything else is working, but Grainy noise is just dead. I have confirm that all parts are right, and check that there is no tin bridges. I have also change all OP amps.
So any sugestions / what parts are involved. I am a bit lost in a moment.

So problem must be somewhere near U3. So i will change OP amp again to be sure also 100K pot (even it looks like working). In this case i have to go hard way and test all connections again and measure all components near U3. Sill grateful of any ideas.

So i mistkaly make new topic. But there was 2 faulty brand new OP amps, so first change did not help anything after cheking ewerything again, and cahnging third OP amp ewerything start to work OK.
