"Blacet time Machine" regen issue

help - Regen Pot needs adj -at most counter clk-wise its = max regen !?!

I just recieved a new per-built "Blacet time Machine" and its needs its Regen setting adjusted -
Problem: Regen setting turned all the way clk-wise it doesrt reach max feedback -- but at the most counter clk-wise its at max regeneration(for a tinny bit -at 0 - )-- it should be at max regen at most clk-wise position --i suspect this is adjusted w/ on of the trimpots but Im not sure which one to be tweaking on -- anyone familar with this and can point me to - have a schemo and regen is a 50k pot that has 10v to ground - perhap the pot is bad ?

the regen pot should be set to 'center' normally to eliminate regen effect.
(some versions have a center detent pot)

ah - im and idyot - its too dark dwnstairs and i didnt notice the ctr detent and misunderstood the function ... so ah... -- um ..ah ,,thanks for the reply and clarification!
