Are their any good filter shems for +/-12?

Been looking at the Moog and Steiner designs but they run on +/-15,
is it possible to run either on +/-12??


What I really want to do is design my own filters, but I'm no EE.

yusynth.net has steiner and moog filters with 12V option.
