SH101 Portamento stripboard

Hi guys.

i need help with design a stripboard for the sh101 portamento.
ive tried few designs and non of them is what i want.
i attached the scheme with the correct transistors, but some of the are old and i'm looking for equivalents or replacements.
for example ...
i know the 2SC1815 can be replaced with 2SC945P which i've got a lot.
what can replace 2SA1015 and 2Sk30A?
if i'm not mistaken the 2SK30A is only for deliver the gate signal so it will kind of trigger the whole thing, so im only guessing i can replace it with 2N5457 and so..
what would be the sub of 1S2473? can it be 1N4148?
i'll leave it for the pros here

please help.

1n4148 should be ok.
2sk30A-Y shouldn`t be difficult to get. You can give a try to 2n5459, bf245 or 2n5457 FET anyway (take care about different pinouts)

You can use 2SA733 as PNP with 2SC945.
