It seems that the right channel VU-meter (on 2-input module) isn't working under some circumstances, for example when assigning it to a knob, the graphics in the Editor updates fine - but not the LEDs on the G2. Left channel works fine. And the right VU-meter starts to work when reloading the patch. I'm using 1.32.

Anyways a question: is there a simple way to get those VU-meters with higher update rates? Im tired and maybe my brain is trickening me but I don't know how to do it Smile

What ARE you talking about? Could you attach a patch that shows this problem?

Reference: This is from the G2 Editor online help Module Reference for the In/Out group - Common In/Out module parameters and definitions -
"Tip! Level meters can be assigned to frontpanel knobs with a right mouse click on the level meter. This will cause the leds around the knob to act as a (circular) VU-meter."

I have also noticed problems with the response of the LEDs when the front panel knobs are assigned as VU meters. Sometimes when changing variations or parameter pages, the LEDs will "latch" and then not update properly. I do not know of a way to make these LEDs update faster.

Another minor bug, but I'm not sure what the LED above the associated button is supposed to indicate. This LED always latches to the state of the previous parameter page state after switching back to the parameter page with the VU assignment. For example, in this patch that I have posted, on parameter page A1 knobs #7 and #8 have been assigned as VU meters to the patch "Out" module. Switch from page A1 to C1 and back to A1, the button LEDs stay on. Switch to page B1 (unused) and back to A1 and the button LEDs are now off.
