Rock Face Body - video with Benjolin audio track

Hello all,

This is my first video with a Benjolin audio track, I used an Echo Base Delay as well.

Rock Face Body

I take photographs of stuff I find near to where I live and where I live there are some old quarries. I love posing and making self images so the idea for the title and the theme emerged from these two aspects of my life. I also like to make montages in Photoshop so that too became part of the idea.

Rocks do look a bit bland especially from a distance but when close up colours appear and I used the palette I saw and spread those colours throughout each section of the video. I interspersed some woodland images between the sections to show what might have been there before the quarry or indeed after it. The audio is made with a homemade Benjolin Drone Synthesizer and Echo Base Delay.

I love doing this and that has to be my major reason for making my art.
