Good mornig to all. New Andromeda user here, so this may be something simple, I hope Smile I have to turn the pan pot 75% to the left to hear the patch centered. Same thing happens both from the phone and L/R output

start with an default patch with all effects off.
if still so , the outputboard might be broken.

a good technician can repair it ( with the help of the servicemanual
also probably the individuel voices out will work without problem ?

The individual outputs and the AUX work fine. All 16 voices tested OK. I have already sent it to a technician. Waiting for the verdict Smile
