Not being one of life's early adopters, I first got a G1 rack about a year ago.
(I remember it being released, but didn't even have a PC back then.)

Having read through the wealth of posts here on the NM1 (and G2), I absolutely hit the ground running when mine arrived - and learned huge amounts about sound and synthesis in general as well.

So, as I buy my second G1 - I wanted to say a very very big THANK YOU to the amazing audio intellects on here from whom I have learned so much.

BTW .. there are email archives too of the NordModular list ... there is great stuff in that as well!

Yes - and I'm including the email archive, and the McGill Nord book, in my appreciation Smile


Still a very relevant synthesizer, partly thanks to the fantastic support it had.
