Hope this is the correct place to post this if not please feel free to move it to the correct place.

Hi guys.

Need an advise please.
I have a friend with Nord Lead 3.
He says that everything works ok and sound good.
But, when he try to play 4 poly the ND3 stuck.
When playing 3 poly everything is ok, only from 4 poly it get stuck.
Maybe one of you pros can give me a direction or hint for the fix?
