Synthesizer-Album similar to Jarre / Vangelis |
 |
|
Hi there,
I recorded an electronic album in the style of the classics by Jarre or Vangelis.
I made a short trailer for a first impression on youtube:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=29iBGxQzS6Q
The album is available on bandcamp for a fair price. You can download it in various formats, including CD quality wav files.

or stream the album for free on my webpage:

I hope you enjoy listening to it as much as I did enjoy the recording process.
Some feedback would be nice.
Best wishes,

Great album
All tracks are nice but "Enin Trap" really caught my attention.
Is the album mostly done with hardware synths and do you use midi for sequencing or is there a lot of manual playing involved ? _________________ "My perf, it's full of holes!"

Hi PHOBoS,
thanks. Enim Trap is my favourite, too. Somehow the climax of the whole album.
It's all virtual synths - mainly from the standard vsti's that come with Cubase.
Most of it is played via my Yamaha CP4 keyboard. But some parts are programmed in the editor, because I had no Keyboard at hand, when I worked on it "on the road". |

Thanks for sharing your music, Markus. I enjoyed listening to it very much. Very nice use of softsynths!
Sorry to say, I don't know much about commercial labels. I know a lot of people distribute their own music through on-line sources, plus there are a number of net labels.
Maybe some of the artists over here https://encyclotronic.com/ are more familiar with labels.

I made a video to my album synopsis to get a few more people interested:

Also, I made some minor changes and reuploaded the album onto my homepage. So, if you already have downloaded the zip-File, you might want to do it again.
Greetings,
