Does anyone have a CD4514 going spare? I'm willing to pay for both the part and shipping, provided the cost isn't two legs and a microbrute or something Smile

Do you have a pcb or are you going to do a perfboard?
Because if you are going for perfboard you might use a CD4067 which is a 16 to 1 bit Cmos Analog Multiplexer/Demultiplexer.
And they are still available (both in DIL and SOIC for around 1€)
The pin-out is different, and you have to connect the Vdd with a resistor to common out/in (pin 1 of the CD4067) to ensure that the choosen output goes high, but thats it.

hmm didn't know those were obsolete. I can still get them and not even that expensive. Send me a pm I think we can work something out.
