It was a great privilege to have John Bowen and Holger Drenkelfort of Sonic Core as my guests here in Zagreb, a few days ago! We had a fantastic opportunity to talk about everything (not necessarily synth- and DSP-related), to visit my studio and look into my Tranzistow synthesizer, and to have a nice lunch, among the other things Very Happy

The reason for their visit was nicely summarized by John on his forum, so I will just copy it here:

New Colleague for development - John Bowen Synth Design

"We have a new colleague! I am very excited to announce a new addition to the Solaris development team - Željko Hrastovčak, better known as ‘HrastProgrammer’, has agreed to work on the Solaris DSP code! He has read the information posted in the topic regarding the Developer Fund, and once he has had a chance to review the Solaris code, we will discuss what things can be done. Once we have a clear idea of what functions can be added, I will post a proposal here listing the options that will be under consideration. Please welcome Hrast to the Solaris community - we are extremely fortunate to have him involved, as I know you will all agree."

From right to left: John, Holger and Hrast.

Thanks, Jan. It's not really a job as I will do it mostly for fun in my spare time. This was a great opportunity to put my dirty fingers on some DSP code not developed by myself Very Happy

Thanks, Rob Very Happy

@Jan: Yes, the job can sometimes (not always, of course) drain the fun out of it, unfortunately ...
