Inspired by the Infinity Rooms of Yayoi Kusama, and by 3 dimensionally-rotating carnival rides and carnival houses of mirrors, this improvised video projects along 5 dimensions: 3 rotating canvas squares in the X, Y, and Z planes, time, and color, with cyclic colored filters revealing and obscuring portions of the canvases. _________________ When the stream is deep

This long practice version explores many interesting corners of the improvisational space not visited by the shorter #2, but I can't expect exhibition jury members to spend so very much time. _________________ When the stream is deep

Watching this, I can't help but wonder if the quantum physics guys use this kind of thing to visualize higher dimensions.
Don't know. It has implications for higher dimensionality in the mind.
I watched them again after being away a week, and I may decide to submit the long version to a juried exhibition after all. Maybe attach note saying "set this in motion and glance at it from time to time". _________________ When the stream is deep
