Hemi engine sounds. Every Hemi I've ever heard reminds me of a shot up B17 limping home.

'Hemi1.mp3' reminded me of a video I saw once of a Lancaster being started up (each engine individually), with the engines idling.

Straight 8 engined Bugattis with straight cut gears (the Type 35) sound real good. Old Alfa Romeo 8Cs also sound amazing, you can hear the supercharger screaming it's head off over the engine.
