Hello everyone, hope everybody is healthy and safe. Working on MFOS Soundlab
Expander, calibrating the VCF State Filter and I hear it through my amp and when I go to read the frequency I am not sure where to take it from. I looked at the schematic to compare with the filter on the Ultimate but no luck. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance
Steve

If I understood you correctly, this is about proper 1V/octace tracking calibration, right?

- remove all input signal from the filter
- turn up resonance until the filter starts to self oscillate (proper sine wave)
- apply a defined voltage into the CV input (for instance, from a Keystep controller)
- monitor the LP output
- do the calibration process until the frequency at the LP output is exactly twice as high if you press a key one octave above the initial one on the Keystep (or whatever you use as a CV source)

There's a lot of info and pictures including mine in the build thread on Muffwiggler: https://www.muffwiggler.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=80&t=177831&start=50
