I can say its over 50 seconds. =)
what irritates me though is that the song sounds more technical
than melodical. and from what ive seen, people seems to vote
more for on the melodical side than on the technical stuff,
so it might not be winner-material after all.

however, it was fun to make :X

I rushed to get a 1kb entry in by the end of April. Then I saw that I was a month off on the final date. I submitted something, but it could have been much better. It was certainly not 50 seconds long, I tell you what.

Thanks for the reminder! How do I vote with this thing? Do I just leave an X in each category by the one I want to vote for, then e-mail the text file back?

Am I allowed to vote in the category I submitted my work to?

I've heard a few of the 1K songs, and several people managed to create 1 or 2 minute songs - possibly because of slow tempos. I've heard some good stuff, though.

Yeah, I know. But it was very impressive. Now you've got something to shoot for when ChipCompo#8 arrives. Smile

Oh - in other news, even though I came in dead last in the 1k category (no thanks to me slopping a song together at the last minute), my song "Level 1-2" was added as a new featured tune on Micromusic.net! dancing
