I'm currently thinking about manufacturing ca. 50 cm long and thin (3-4 cm) stripeboards to use them as a bus in a modular synth.
Manufacturing means designing the PCB like a normal PCB (without silkscreen but with solder resist) in 2,54 mm grid.

Inspiration comes from Jürgen Haible who asked for long stripeboards on the synth-diy-list a while ago.

Would anyone here be interested in such a "doped stripeboard" (I like this name Wink )?

Possibly, depending on the price. I currently just cut eurocard stripboard in half and attach both ends together. That makes a 32x5 cm stripboard.

You can buy 50cm * 10cm from Reichelt for 4.25 EUR:
www.reichelt.de
Search for H25SR500 .

I've been looking for something like 50cm * 40cm, which is almost impossible to find. (I'm not searching anymore, BTW.)

JH.

Only if you live in Germany. Reichelt has a minimum order of 150 euros for orders outside of Germany (which makes them slightly more expensive...)
