It only takes a philips head screw driver. Very easy. Anyone can do it in under 15 minutes. That includes time to stare in wonder at the inner beauty of the G2.

Did you buy the expansion already? dit comes with instructions for the whole process.

well not yet actually, theres a guy on a local used gear site that sells it for 500 euros....is that a good price ?

I was contemplating buying it but dont even have enough funds anyway atm

Yup, I did it, no problem. You can always stumble and run a screwdriver straight into the thing if you have momentous bad luck, but usually it will be a breeze.
