Below are the audio recordings from 1. An electro arrangement of Passing Storm by D. Parson and J. Parson, video by M. O'Bannon, 2. An electro arrangement of an untitled piece in Db minor by J. Parson and D. Parson, video by M. O'Bannon, 3. An introductory talk by D. Parson with slides attached on computer music instrumentation, 4. A talk by M. O'Bannon with slides attached on computer music driven by human brain waves, 5. An original electro-music duet by Jez Creek and Bill Fox. Patrick Wiltrout operated the outgoing stream to radio.electro-music.com for this event. Dr. Phill Reed of Kutztown University made the event possible through his generous offer of the use of the planetarium.

I have not attached Jez & Bill's set -- I am sure that they have posted or will post this set on electro-music. Please post the set or a link to it below when you have time. Thanks to everyone who worked so hard to make this event possible!

Michael's slides would not load in the previous post -- perhaps too many attachments?

On Passing Storm I played a Bart Reiter Whyte Lady open back banjo, a Yamaha FG730 acoustic guitar, Ableton Live, and Pacarana / Kyma; Jeremy played a Martin acoustic bass guitar and Ableton Live.

I also used a Roland GR33 guitar synth on the Db minor piece.

Jez posted his and Bill's set from the night over here --Adventures in Sound, Episode 99!

I have posted my solo electro-music 2011 versions of the tunes Jeremy and I played over here.

Listening to JeremyDaleDflatMinor7sept2011 on the radio right now. This is really good stuff! Loving a bass line in there.

Thanks, Stefan, and thanks so much for posting. I had not heard this in a long time. It brings back fond memories of Jeremy & me playing together in our first ever planetarium gig at Kutztown.

Two and a half days later I did a solo, fill-in rendition of Jeremy's Db minor composition at Electro-Music 2011 at midnight. I wasn't ready when people came walking into the room, because I was chatting with John Dugan, whom I hadn't see in years & who was doing sound for me, so the start of this solo set is scattered, including tuning at the start of the piece. I was so tired and scattered that, at the end of the piece I had no idea of what I had just played, and I escaped to the lobby to play on a banjo borrowed from Dave Linde in order to clear my head! When I listened later I realized that it sounds like falling asleep and going through disconnected early dream stages, which is exactly the state I was in. Someone gave Michael O'Bannon and me complements after the set on the tight synchronization of the music & visuals, which is all to Michael's credit, because I had little idea what I was playing.

The bass line and the better guitar work on the planetarium performance are all Jeremy's, as is the melody itself. Cool
