seven - melodic one-man jam

I was playing with the arp on a MicroKorg and liked the sound of a seven-out-of-eight beat. I recorded seven minutes of it.

I played it back and jammed a lead line on top of it. Next I jammed a more atmospheric track while again listening only to the arp track.

The combination was a mess at first but seemed to blend together nicely after a few minutes. So I made a master with the first two tracks audible and slowly added the third track.

The pause about 4/5 of the way through happened because I was tweaking the arp track and lost it for a moment. The pause derailed the jam tracks and sent them unpredictably elsewhere. I like the resulting shift.

If this ever "airs" on radio.electro-music.com I hope someone lets me know.
