Hi all, I was going to buy a synare clone kit, then I realised I can probably program a Patch using my Modulars!

Any out there?

I would like to request the patch too, for all of you programming-oriented musicians...

But I was thinking Pearl Syncussion.

Like what's in this Scientist dub song really, whatever they might have used circa 1980/1:

Basically a trigger input that can replace my tom rolls with a wobbly electronic version of them. (Perhaps a higher input volume becomes a higher starting pitch? Or) assign a knob to pitch.

Thanks!

The tip of a very big iceberg. Scientist has about 5 classic albums from the early 80s, and he's standing on the shoulders of a giant, King Tubby who invented most of it all - the foundation of many modern dance music techniques.

I have the microModular so can't load this version 2 file Sad

Pretty sure there is no v2 to v1 utility - maybe I could recreate it from a screenshot?

Hi Vudu,

In origin I made it for the NM Classic(so for the Micro too).
It has to be somewhere in the NM archive.

I tried Syncus808PearlPercDrumset.pch, MidTom2.pch, MidTom.pch, and piong.pch

Only the first made sound, based on built-in sequencer and ?

The other 3 I was supplying audio input as it seemed to need it (which I want actually) and I tried the midi but couldn't get any output. Some simple thing I'm sure
