Multivox MX-8100 sequencer - manual needed |
|
|
Giving it a shot here in this section. I asked about it in 'Instruments and Equipment', no reply sofar. I'm desperately looking for a manual for the Multivox MX-8100. I figured out some of it's functions but there are other things I can't for my life figure out, e.g. what are the data ports good for, what is 'Sattelite' mode, how do I sync it with other gear, is it somehow able to play multiple sequences on different synths at the same time, can I do step sequencing on it, etc, etc.. there has to be somebody out there who knows something about this thing or tell me where I can download a (preferably free) manual.
Thanks ahead - Patrick |

Is this really spamming? The only reason I ask elsewhere in the forum is because maybe I posted in the wrong area in the first place and maybe since the question is about a sequencer, I would have more luck posting it in the "Sequencer" section. I may not have specifically clarified that, so I apologize for that. And the reason why I haven't yet replied to the posting that you refer to is because I didn't get around to open that thing up and take a look at it plus I'm broke enough to not be able to afford any potentially pricey replacement parts (don't bother asking, I ain't selling my AX ). I'm aware that it often happens that I forget about posts that I started but there are many others who do that and I haven't seen any complaints about that yet ,but I wasn't aware that it's a crime to ask for help around the place and be forgetful |

No, it is not a crime. It would just be polite and civilized to react to someone taking the effort to post an answer for you .. and it would up the chances for future replies too, of course. _________________ Jan
also .. could someone please turn down the thermostat a bit.
