When I had built the first board (yesterday), it just begged for more. I wanted greater circuit density and dreamed of a processor daughtercard. Then I realized a way to connect two existing Generation 3 boards together in parallel. Thus the double emSynth board is born. I'll get a photo tomorrow if I remember.

Here are the two illustrations that I used in creating the latest demo, which is on youtube and mp3.

I have written a song component voice on an emSynth board and hooked it up to an R2R ladder at 5 bits of output. It sounds good but is not sinusoidal, has a sinsoidal envelope though. I think the bits are reversed, will check later.

Les

p.s. sounds good!
