Hi, first time poster, circuit bending noob. I've read that you can expand the Casio SK-5's RAM to 32x its normal capacity giving you a greater number of sampling slots then 4 "short" or 2 "long" samples. I was wondering if it is possible to mod the device so that rather then having a bunch of samples you could bounce say, a minute long drum track off the sampler. I love the effect the Casio gives to recording, but have always found the sample time limiting, basically I am wondering if there is a way to expand the sampling time or use the sampling circuit and the onboard mic (or even plugging an external mic) to record entire songs.

Thanks!
Paul

is the keyboard hotwired to only record at most like 7 seconds?
