Hi folks!

I will buy a Jomox T-resonator, I think, and I understand it may be requiring a Limiter to it to some extent curb the little beast ...

I am a novice at this with compressors and limiters so I figured i hear with you if this is good enough for this purpose:

http://www.behringer.com/EN/Products/CL9.aspx

The price is right because I should only use it for the T-resonator ..

Cheers.

That's probably because nobody knows... Including the bots that look at this thread for search purposes.

Behringer has a reputation for cheap gear that has a low quality control and do not always last for very long. Apart from that, it probably does what it says.

(Actually - I doubt that it is able to "melt steel alloy when playing lead with ultimate sustain".) Laughing

I've heard people say good things about RNC (Really Nice Compressor).

RNC is nice indeed, it is more like a tool than it is an FX thingie ... not sure what Pelle is actually looking for.

Edit : the PSU of my RNC gave up BTW (I have it onalways), but it was fixed under warranty.

Thanks for your response!

Yes you certainly get what you pay for but thought it fitted in with my budget

Could it be that it is useless so I might use it to weld up my car Wink

Yes, it seems to be really good but it costs 10 times more than the little red plastic thing .... but perhaps it never is wrong with the "Buy once-Cry once" concept

What I want is just some form of protection for speakers and so on when it seems that the resonator is a bit temperamental from what I've read, although it certainly is a beginner's thing before you know how to handle it
