arglebargle !!!

This one was quick and fun.

A tune fragment appeared in my mind and I tried to duplicate it on the Microrute sequencer. I got the rhythm right but the "melody" is all wrong... but I liked this mistake better than the original idea so I used it instead.

I recorded exactly the same thing twice, with and without a BR-600 effect called R.MOD:HI, whatever the hell that means. Then I panned them about halfway to either side.

Then I pulled up a favorite scratch patch and jammed some silly accompaniment that I feel is entirely in the spirit of the original silliness.

I like this one a lot. It made me laugh when I played it back.

"arglebargle" is a term associated with the subgenius church of bob, or something.
